My methods

CBT

In cognitive therapy, the focus is on what people think rather than what they do. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented form of therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.

Art Therapy

Art therapy uses creative expression—like painting, drawing, and sculpting—to help individuals process emotions, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness.

REBT

It helps individuals replace these beliefs with rational, empowering thoughts, enabling them to respond to life's challenges with greater resilience and emotional well-being.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness enhances self-awareness, reduces stress, and promotes emotional balance by encouraging individuals to observe their thoughts and feelings with acceptance.
