My fascination with psychology began during my college years when I encountered some personal psychological challenges that took nearly two years to identify. Witnessing the disheartening state of the field sparked a deep desire within me to explore it further. It took another seven years before I fully committed to this path, and I’m thrilled to say that I’ve never looked back since that pivotal moment.

In my work, I like to place emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery, meaning that I prefer to take the role of a facilitator or a mentor, rather than being the one with the answers. My methodology follows the current research in the field overall, and I take care of keeping on top of all new developments in the field.
